Chili

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup onions
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 2-6 cloves garlic
- 2 cans canned tomatoes
- 1/4-1/3 cup chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cans kidney beans
Steps
- In a large pot, heat salad oil. Brown ground beef, onions, green pepper, and garlic for 10 minutes.
- Add canned tomatoes, chili powder, and salt. Simmer for 1 hour.
- Add kidney beans and stir to combine.
